Asha Sarika Best, though she is a native of Brooklyn, New York, Asha spent many of her formative years living on the outskirts of Boston. After a brief stint at Spelman College, she moved to Los Angeles to attend the University of Southern California. In 2005, Asha earned her Bachelor's degree in Comparative Literature. Asha is particularly interested in studying the Diaspora in the Caribbean and South America.
